Because this is a “Virtual Event” no refunds or exchanges will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS RULE. Please do not purchase your Digital Pass if you are not sure that it will be used.

HOW TO USE YOUR DIGITAL PASS
To use your Digital Pass, simply log into your Event Portal. You will immediately see all the virtual events that you have access to. To watch the event at the designated time, click on the event link from the Event Portal.

VIRTUAL EVENT REPLAYS
If you purchase the Silver or Gold package (any event), you will be given access to watch a recorded replay of the virtual event. You will receive 24/7 access to watch the replay.

All event replays will be posted within 48 hours of the live streamed event . To watch an event replay, use the replay link that will be posted inside your Event Portal.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
The featured presenters are committed to this event. However, circumstances beyond our control might interfere with the program. Don’t worry! We will make the best of whatever happens because, dangit, that’s just all we can do! We can assure you, however, that no matter who speaks or what they say, you will walk away inspired, motivated, and ready to do everything you do!
